Too Busy to Cook?

One of the hardest things about being a parent is coming up with healthy food that everyone will eat - that is easy to prepare. In our family, no one seems to like leftovcers, and it is a lot of work to think up new things to make. In my book, Survival tips for Working Moms, I included a few recipes. I'm sure we could all use more ideas, so I'll start by sharing my Very Quick Lasagna recipe, and I hope you will share recipes that work for your family. Don't send in recipes straight out of a cookbook - they are copyrighted. If you want to recommend a cookbook, you can, and we'll share that info, too. Send your easy kid-pleasing recipes in and I'll post them on this page. Click here to share a recipe.

1 large jar spagetti sauce, 26 oz.
1 box lasagna noodles, 12 oz., uncooked
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
